Southampton records 11 documents in September-October period, but only one sale price surfaces

The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 documents involving Southampton properties between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but four were homestead declarations, not sales, leaving seven actual property transfers.

The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 documents involving Southampton properties between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but four were homestead declarations, not sales, leaving seven actual property transfers. Only one, the Sept. 30 sale of 7 Quigley Rd from Jonathan and Marie Buell to Vladimir and Elicey Tverdokhlebov for $150,000, had a confirmed price by this report's compilation; prices for the other six transfers had not yet posted to the registry. Two transfers sent private parcels, 58 Pleasant St and 152 County Rd, into Town of Southampton ownership. With just one priced sale, the data does not support characterizing the market as active, quiet, or balanced this period.
