Ten Southampton Deeds Recorded in Late July, Led by $410,000 Estate Sale
Ten property transfers were recorded in Southampton, Massachusetts, between July 10 and July 14, 2026. Four listed a sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $410,000, with a median of $145,000; the other six did not disclose consideration. The top sale was 6 Pinewood Drive at $410,000, conveyed through an estate's personal representative to Joseph Evborokhai and Kayanna Rose Franklin. Other disclosed sales included 14 Wolcott Road ($165,000), 199 Brickyard Road ($125,000) and 10 Nicole Circle ($50,000). Several records involved trust transfers, a homestead filing and a municipal parcel rather than typical arm's-length sales, and no bed, bath or square-footage data was available from the deed records.
