SOUTHAMPTON — The Planning Board continued its public hearing on a One Cook Road cell tower to Nov. 18. Attorney Francis Parisi told the board that Atlantic Tower LLC is trying to move the tower to a different spot on the same lot and still awaits revised coverage plots. In an Oct. 14 letter, the applicant agreed to extend the federal deadline for board action to Dec. 31, 2026.
Parisi said the overdue peer review payment would go out within about a week. The board also said a draft zoning bylaw is unlikely to be ready for the December special town meeting, though a change giving the Planning Board special permit authority in the Water Supply Protection District could be ready.
