Southampton deed records show $7.8 million sale amid wave of bank and estate transfers
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 16 property transfers in Southampton between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Only three carried a recorded sale price: $7,826,400 at 134 College Highway, $350,000 at 91 Moose Brook Road, and $239,600 at 30 Valley Road, for a median of $350,000 among priced sales. College Highway saw four recorded transfers, the most of any street. Several other entries were bank, estate or administrative filings rather than conventional sales, and most of this period's prices have not yet reached the registry's data feed.
