Southampton Sales Range From $20,000 To $308,000 As Most Prices Await Recording
The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Southampton property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a sale price so far: $20,000, $56,850 and $308,000, for a median of $56,850. The period's top sale was 64 White Loaf Rd at $308,000, sold by Cregg Miller to Freedom Credit Union. The remaining 10 transfers await pricing, which typically posts within about a week. Several filings involved banks, mortgage companies or the town of Southampton as buyer or seller, and two streets, East Street and Pequot Road, each saw two separate transfers.
